[SCYYRA] Southern California Level 1 Courses.

The Southern California Level 1 Courses are rapidly filling up.  I recommend
signing up now before it's too late.  If a class is full that you need to
enroll in let me know and I will add you to the wait list or if I receive
enough requests for a specific class I can attempt to double it.

As of 10am this morning this is what the classes look like:

May 5-8                                            Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club

May 8-9 & 15-16                           Santa Barbara Yacht Club
