[SCYYRA] Level 1 Courses this spring

There are currently 5 level 1 courses scheduled for Southern California with
the strong possibility of 1-2 more being scheduled in June.  You must be at
least 16 to take the class (no exceptions), you have to attend all 4 days of
the same class (no exceptions), each class day is about 10 hours (8am to
6pm) with studying at night.  Classes that do not overlap with major
regattas will fill quickly so signup early cause once its full its full.
Registration can be done online with a credit card or via mail with a check.
