[SCYYRA] Youth Champs Application Deadline March 15

Just as a heads up to all of our Southern California Teams the 2010 Youth
Champs Application Deadline is quickly approaching.  Even though the event
is at the end of summer the deadline is still March 15th and after just
doing a quick glance at who's applied I hardly see any SoCal teams listed
even though the event is in our back yard.  Complete Youth Champs
