[MCSA] Fall Fury Final Team list

There was some confusion as to which teams were attending Fall Fury. It has
all been cleared up and unless I spoke with you, nothing has changed. All
teams on the wait list recieved berths.

Teams attending are:

7.    UW Milwaukee
8.    Wisconsin
