[MAISA] Central Qualifier Final Results

The second day of the Central Qualifier got off to a slower start as  
we waited for thick fog to lift and watched the wind direction switch  
180 degrees, but around 11:30am the A fleet made their way to the race  
course.  A race was started but cancelled as the wind died, but  
eventually the wind picked up to a steady 3-5 knots.  Seven races were  
run on a windward leeward course before the wind let up again, and the  
regatta was called around 3pm.  No protests or breakdowns were filed.
